    You may be 140 lbs but it still matters how tall you are. If you are short you will be overweight or at least at risk of being over weight

    GARBAGE! The exercises in this game are way too easy, and don’t elevate your heart rate for jack shit. I found the quote on quote “personal trainer” slowed me down more than helped me. With limited repetitions and exercises, this game does not fulfill its role of being fit. If anything the cartoon girl elevated my heart rate more than any of the exercises.

    wii fit said that i’m overweight. at 140 pounds. i’m only 15. now im going to do wii fit every day until i get back down to 120. Wii fit hurt my feelings. “hey lets build something that makes teenagers feel bad about themselves!” “great idea paul!. we will make it so it says they gain weight everyday and make 130 pounds overweight!!”

    recent they have discovered that when you play it it isnt like doing normal sport
    at least they say that of tennis
    if you think about it you dont use youre feet verry much by running
    so if you want to loose weight good better do sport not computer
    how ever i love the concept
    but they need it more improved
    ps and i hate the white colour(personaly)

    wii fit isn’t the best

    I prefer running outside or doing pushups cuz those are the exercises that burn the most calories and help your heart rate.

    = running, pushups, stretches, and weights is all i will ever need to help me be fit

    NE way, the girl is hot, but since the wii fit + sucks and she doesn’t do anything right, i can’t give any credit to this girl.

    The Wii fit plus tells you about breathing and what to focus on when you are doing your moves! Also you can make your own work out routines with the wii fit and it goes from one move to another without as much of a pause as stoping to go back and pick your next one! I love my Wii fit plus and def recommend it!!!! : )

    one teaspoon of sugar about 14 kcal one minute of jump-rope 10 -15 kcal (depends on weight) you do the math, no need for expensive wii fit

    and if ur kids complain u can still strangle them with it! :’D

    This game wasn’t designed for PROFESSIONALS. It was designed for average excersizers and noob excersizers. Try looking at this game from the point of a fat kid!

    Don’t let this video scare you away from wii fit
