It's respec, as in re-specialize. It basically means that you can reset the skills you want by returning all the skill points from your various skills back to you. You might want to read Kotaku's review about MAG. They described the Respec aspect as being similar to the skill reset feature in World of Warcraft. @ELFATHER:
